      For high-profile purchases, I partner with trusted service providers to offer complimentary transportation to view homes and attend closings. For example, if you're currently living in Lancaster, PA, and buying a home in Media, PA, we’ll provide transportation to make your experience as easy as possible. ( Please note, this particular service can only be offered for clients in unique circumstances.) Generally this is offered for clients that are roughly in a 60 mile radius of Philadelphia.

    How I Can Help as Your Transaction Licensee

    As a Transaction Licensee, my role is to handle the submission of all the necessary documents to ensure the sale or purchase of real estate is completed efficiently and legally—without representing either the buyer or the seller directly. While I won’t act as your agent, my expertise ensures that all paperwork is submitted and processed correctly, keeping everything on track toward a successful closing.

    What You’ll Need to Handle

    As the buyer or seller, you will still need to handle the "leg work" of the transaction—such as negotiations and decision-making regarding inspections, offers, or counteroffers. However, don’t let that deter you! I’m here to assist in any way I can within the scope of my role. My goal is to ensure you have everything you need to make informed decisions and stay on top of the process.
